As a project business contract manufacturer, we work according to the principles of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). We serve customers in Europe, North America and Asia, thereby supporting the development of highly innovative drugs. Responsibilities:
- Advising and supporting the employer in all matters relating to occupational safety, health protection and accident prevention in accordance with §6 of the German Occupational Safety Act (ASiG)
- Review appropriate government regulations and implementation of legal and operational requirements
- Cooperation with authorities, the Employer's Liability Insurance Association RCI, institutions and other interest groups
- Perform weekly site safety/environmental checks to investigate and evaluate of occupational accidents including determination of causes
- Preparation, implementation and documentation of risk assessments and safety/environmental inspections
- Training of employees and assistance with instruction to establish a culture of prevention
- Drive waste minimization initiatives and aiming for environmental goals
- Support of internal and external audits
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in engineering or natural sciences, preferably with a biological or chemical specialization, or a comparable qualification
- Qualification as a specialist for occupational safety m/f/d
- Industry-specific experience in the fields of electronics, heating, ventilation and construction site coordination is an advantage, as is further training, e.g. as a waste, hazardous materials or fire protection officer m/f/d
- Strong communication skills, service mentality, a high degree of initiative, empathy and excellent organizational skills characterize you
- Experienced handling of MS Office and common presentation techniques
- Fluent German and English skills complete your profile
